I was absent from home when our ceramic sink was delivered, so several days lapsed before I was able to check whether the sink was intact.   As it transpired it was not, and checking the paperwork noticed that I was just outside the stipulated 3 days for reporting breakages.   My wife informed me that the driver had dropped the goods halfway down the driveway, a fact that struck me as odd.   This feeling was shared by Sinkworld, who made enquiries on our behalf, because it was not the sort of thing their driver would do.   It transpired that the driver on the day was an agency driver, for whose lack of service Sinkworld apologised.   In addition, they made arrangements to send a replacement at the first opportunity.   I'm delighted with the sink and, especially, the service I received, which could only have come from a Company that has a management team with integrity and the customer's best interest at heart.

I would like to tell anyone who reads these testimonials that Sinkworld are fab!! (And NO this has not been written by somebody who works theres sister etc - I honestly am a real customer, and I've never done a testimonial before so I must have been impressed!!)
Their excellent prices were what first drew in, but then after speaking to them (Mike!!) on the phone they proved themselves to be a truly excellent company. I'm mega cautious of buying on the internet, and usually never buy anything if I can't see & touch it first, but no problem/worry/query was too much and Mike gave me lots of good advice resulting in the purchase and subsequent safe, and exactly on time, delivery of several sinks & taps for our home improvements. Please accept my sincere thanks for your efforts to ensure my order arrived on time. My plumber was booked to install the sink unit, yesterday, Wednesday, while doing other work. Due to the bank holiday however your next scheduled delivery to this area would have been, today, Thursday. On informing you of this you very quickly did what was necessary to ensure immediate dispatch (this was at 1.45pm and you delivery van was leaving, I believe, at 2.00pm!) Thanks to your efforts the order was dispatched immediately, arriving before the bank holiday weekend and in plenty of time for the work to be carried out on Wednesday.
I also appreciate your return call, advising that the little basket or colander (the small one)  was not in stock and would be dispatched at a later date. I look forward to receiving this in due course.

Hi Lynne

Just to thank you again and to tell you you would not believe the high quality in finish and looks this EPOS EOV 651R has.  You only see it in the Internet or a Franke book but in your house it is fantastic.

The price seems high but when you see the parts that come with it - all high spec and beautiful.  They even include long waste pipes to give you plenty of choice underneath and the pop-up waste has real heavy chrome metal knob not like the B&Q ones.  Buying a cheap sink then  having to add bits and pieces may be almost as expensive when you think of it.
The chrome MTX tap comes in a tied velvet bag and is beautiful.(wife doesn't know she is getting the velvet bag for her Xmas!)  The strainer bowl is a sink in itself and its rim is lined for no sharp edges, holds a lot too.  All have excellent instructions in picture form (not sketches).
Parts box includes 2 chrome quality flexible tap H&C connectors and all have a great guarantee.
I was thinking of sending you some pictures from all the parts laid out and through some stages of assembly to finished product.  Send by email and you might get a customer if they saw it like that or you might  just keep it as evidence of a satisfied customer.
Many companies just take your order or at best discuss by email.  I feel you are a giant leap from there with personal client interest and unwavering attention through to completion.

The plumber came back yesterday and fitted the sink and taps and they are absolutely wonderful.  The fittings with the sink were wrong, something about not having an overflow or something (I was at work so not privy to these discussions, and I don’t care) it is absolutely brilliant.  You were so right about the taps.  I know I found your firm totally by chance clicking around on the internet, but what a lucky find it was.  I am so impressed by your knowledge, care and kindness.  I think if it were not for you and your company, I would have a bucket in the corner instead of a sink!  I have the name of a carpenter who will re-site the hinge so I can have a door on again rather than the open-plan look.  I just wanted to express my gratitude as I think that people are quick to moan, but slow to praise and I really cannot thank you enough for the level of service and support received.

Comment:  When I  normally read customers reports/comments on products and service  it is always in the back of my mind they are created by marketing members of that company.

  I can assure you this  communication is not so.

I purchased a Carron ceramic Coral sink some 5  years ago from this Company and when it developed a crack I thought I would have problems getting a replacement , particulary after my first sounding out conversation with the manufacturers.

But I am pleased to report that despite some manufacturers issues   MIKE at KS&TD has come up trumps and arranged a brand new replacement sink for me.
I am delighted ( and amazed ) at the level of customer service from Mike and his Company considering at this stage I was not even purchasing anything from their business.  To receive Emails -telephone  updates on the replacement from him on a regular basis was so unusual from a supplier these days..
Have encouraging to find that good old fashioned After Sales Service is still around......I thought it had gone for ever.
